花甲之年，大隱避世。
仗勢天然採光讓室內色調得以沉穩木紋為鋪底，空間氛圍欲營造與居住者心境相符的沉穩寧靜，本案基地坐擁遼闊採光，居住成員僅夫妻二人為預備退休宅。所有的房門以暗門的形式融入牆體，藉造型進退於櫃門門縫另加檔板，顧及美觀之餘不失防塵機能考量。各區域兼顧軟性介質，方便年長者隨處可坐可臥，玄關地坪、電視牆、書房矮牆皆採用國畫石大理石材，紋路像是遼闊的黃土疆域，表面刻意捨棄光面的加工方式改採皮革面的表面加工，寧靜與主人內斂不張揚的性格相互映襯。
With a panorama of cities, the apartment is situated across a park. Residents are a husband and wife, preparing a compact yet refined abode for their retirement. Taking advantage of sufficient daylighting, the interior is paved with wood veneering, where the ambiance suffused with tranquility. Assembly low poufs around most corners provides safer movement for elders. Honed marble is seen from entrance flooring, TV wall, and low wall. The ink-wash vein and honed finishing pertains humble and modest properties, complementing to resident’s characteristic.
